Lutra ID at Singleton Council

Like many Australian councils, Singleton Council was managing their water treatment data through a mix of paper records and spreadsheets. Manual data entry, double handling, and time-consuming report production were just part of the job.

They needed a solution, and ID matched their needs perfectly.

Singleton chose ID for its ability to pull data from SCADA, labs, and field forms into a single platform, automatically generating dashboards and reports without manual intervention. ID's appeal is obvious: less time on data wrangling, more confidence in the numbers.

The council is already using ID for live performance monitoring across fluoride dosing, chemical use, and more, with EPA compliance reporting automation in the pipeline. What's notable is that these gains are coming before their implementation is even complete, and the efficiencies will only grow as more of the platform comes online.

Lutra ID has changed the way we manage our data, all our lab and SCADA data being is now automatically collected and uploaded to ID and our paper forms are being replaced with the app.
We have dashboards set up to monitor things like our Fluoride dosing and even our chemical usage. We are also working towards getting out EPA compliance monitoring onto the system.
Our experience with ID has been great and Lutra’s team are easy to work with.
